Shane Mulqueen, BEng (Hons), MIEI, is a Civil Engineer who graduated with honors in Civil Engineering from Edinburgh Napier University in 2010. With extensive experience in Australia and Ireland, Shane has worked on major projects such as airstrips, roads, rail, bulk earthworks, schools, and data centers. Since 2020, he has served as a consultant engineer, assisting residential and commercial clients with pre-purchase surveys, snag lists, planning compliance opinions, and planning retention applications. Shane is a member of Engineers Ireland and an SEAI-accredited BER assessor.
